In today's global landscape, organizations recognize the importance of enriching cultural understanding not only within their workforce but also, by extension, for their families. This case study explores how ECMS, a leading company in the chemical industry, implemented a unique workshop in collaboration with Cultural Agents to promote their vision and values to their employees' family members. The initiative aimed to strengthen community engagement, enhance cultural awareness, and create a shared sense of purpose and pride within the ECMS community.
